Full Property Management
We believe in keeping things simple. We want you to be compliant with the ever changing legislation and therefore we offer a straightforward and inclusive service and fee structure to ensure this is never compromised with options and add-on's.
Whether you own a single property or a portfolio, we will take care of everything from finding a tenant, property preparation to include detailed inventories, schedules of condition, health & safety risk assessments, handling all of the administration including up to date legal documentation and providing a full management service during the course of the tenancy.

Tenant Find
If you're an experienced landlord and prefer to manage the property yourself, Affinity offer a tenant find only service whereby you can benefit from our existing database of potential tenants. We will manage the marketing of your property and carry out all the viewings as well as handling the administration once a new tenant is found. From the date the tenant moves in, the property is handed back to you ensuring a smooth and hassle free process.
From 1st February 2016 the UK government introduced new laws under The Immigration Act 2014. It is mandatory for private landlords and letting agents to check the immigration status of all new adult tenants, sub-tenants and lodgers in order to assess whether they have the "Right to Rent" in the UK.
