Tenant Find

If you're an experienced landlord and prefer to manage the property yourself, Affinity offer a tenant find only service whereby you can benefit from our existing database of potential tenants. We will manage the marketing of your property and carry out all the viewings as well as handling the administration once a new tenant is found. From the date the tenant moves in, the property is handed back to you ensuring a smooth and hassle free process.

Full Property Management

Whether you own a single property or a portfolio, we will take care of everything from finding a tenant, handling all of the administration including up to date legal documentation and providing a full management service. From 1st February 2016 the UK government introduced new laws under The Immigration Act 2014.
